Best Crispy Salt And Vinegar Potatoes

In this video paleo mom Jen Shelton from PaleolatesBody cooks the best salt and vinegar potatoes on day 7 of Whole30 meal prep. Paleo mom Jen Shelton uses a recipe for salt and vinegar potatoes from Turn Table Kitchen (link below). She compares crisping the potatoes with Kerrygold grass fed butter to using avocado oil.

Jen purchased the certified organic potatoes and Kerrygold grass fed butter from Trader Joe's. She purchased the Avohass avocado oil on a Whole Foods grocery haul. During this grocery haul, people who worked for Avohass were there sampling Avohass avocado oil and doing a direct comparison to Primal Kitchen avocado oil. Avohass avocado oil was darker in color and had substantial flavor compared to Primal Kitchen avocado oil. Jen had always used Primal Kitchen avocado oil in the past, but based on the sampling and learning that Avohass is less refined and has more nutrients, she went with Avohass avocado for the first time.

This paleo recipe is fantastic for those interested in a grain free
anti-inflammatory diet. Jen cooks paleo recipes and follows a mostly AIP anti-inflammatory diet to help combat Hashimotos and psoriasis symptoms.
